3. Ordering & Payments

3.1. Orders must be placed through our official website, www.royal-peptides.com.
3.2. Payments must be completed within 12 hours of placing an order. Failure to do so will result in automatic cancellation.
3.3. We accept Zelle, Chime, Wise, Cryptocurrency, and PayPal (Friends & Family for B2B customers only). No credit card payments are accepted.
3.4. Customers must enter their order number in the payment notes and avoid including any additional details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1. Orders are shipped from the USA and Canada warehouses or directly from our international suppliers.
4.2. USPS Priority Mail is our standard shipping method. Expedited shipping is not guaranteed.
4.3. International shipping is subject to customs regulations. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or restrictions imposed by their country.
4.4. Guaranteed Delivery: If a package is lost or seized by customs, we offer one free reshipment at no additional cost.

5. Refunds & Returns

5.1. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has shipped.
5.2. If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
5.3. Customers who provide test results showing unsatisfactory product quality will be eligible for a replacement batch or discount on their next order.
