Shipping & Refund Policy
This policy explains how Royal Peptides processes, ships, delivers, and reviews order issues. By placing an order, you acknowledge these terms, subject always to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Sales are generally final after processing.
Because research materials require controlled handling and cannot ordinarily be returned to sellable inventory, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted. This does not limit any remedy required by applicable consumer law.
When an order is accepted
An order submission is a request to purchase. Receipt of an automated confirmation does not guarantee acceptance, inventory, or shipment. An order is processed after payment and required order details are successfully reviewed.
Authorization and verification
Processing may be held while payment, billing information, fraud screening, eligibility, or other order details are verified. We may decline or cancel an order for inventory, payment, compliance, security, pricing, or operational reasons.
Preparing an order
Processing times vary with payment confirmation, inventory, order volume, warehouse location, weekends, and holidays. Same-day or expedited handling applies only where specifically offered and does not guarantee carrier delivery by a particular date.
Revised fulfillment timing
If we cannot ship within an applicable promised period, we will handle the delay in accordance with applicable law, which may require notice, consent to a revised shipment date, or cancellation and a prompt refund for unshipped merchandise.
Regional fulfillment
Orders may be fulfilled through available warehouse operations in the United States, Canada, or the European Union. Warehouse selection may depend on destination, inventory, product availability, and operational requirements and is not guaranteed.
Carrier and service selection
Available carriers, service levels, charges, and estimates are shown at checkout where supported. Royal Peptides may use an equivalent service when operationally necessary, provided this does not reduce any mandatory customer right.
Shipment status
Tracking is provided when available after a label is created. A label does not necessarily mean the carrier has completed its first scan. Tracking events, delivery estimates, and scan accuracy are controlled by the carrier.
Customer-provided details
Customers must provide complete and accurate recipient, street, apartment or unit, postal code, email, and telephone information. Address changes may be requested before shipment but cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.
Carrier scans and receipt
Delivery records may include a carrier scan, photograph, signature, access-point record, or other carrier evidence. Customers should inspect the delivery location, household or facility receiving areas, neighbors, and carrier access points before reporting a missing parcel.
Carrier investigations
Contact support if tracking shows an unusual delay or delivery problem. We may require the customer to contact the carrier, open an investigation, confirm delivery details, or provide a written declaration. Replacement or refund eligibility depends on the investigation and applicable law.
Returned shipments
Shipments refused, unclaimed, or returned because of an inaccurate address, failed delivery, unpaid import charge, or customer action are not automatically eligible for reshipment or refund. Any available resolution will consider product condition, costs, and applicable law.
Customs, duties, and import rules
International orders may be inspected, delayed, assessed duties or taxes, returned, or seized. The purchaser is responsible for confirming local import and possession requirements and for charges not collected at checkout, unless applicable law assigns responsibility otherwise.
Lyophilized products
Ordinary room-temperature transit does not automatically mean a lyophilized product has been compromised. Product appearance can shift during transport. Move delivered material to the appropriate storage environment and review product-specific information after receipt.
Changes before fulfillment
Contact support immediately to request a cancellation or order change. Requests cannot be guaranteed after payment review, warehouse processing, label creation, or shipment. Required statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.
Returns and exchanges
Research materials are generally final sale and cannot ordinarily be returned or exchanged because storage, custody, and handling after delivery cannot be independently verified. No provision excludes a refund, replacement, withdrawal, or conformity right required by law.
Visible transit damage
Preserve the shipping carton, internal packaging, labels, and product. Contact support promptly with the order number and clear photographs of the outer parcel, shipping label, affected vial or item, and all contents so the claim can be reviewed.
Order discrepancies
Report an incorrect product, quantity, or missing item promptly. Do not discard packaging or alter the received materials during review. We may compare fulfillment records, package weight, photographs, and inventory information when evaluating the report.
Evidence and available remedies
A claim must include enough information to verify the order and issue. Depending on the circumstances, available remedies may include support assistance, replacement, store credit, partial refund, refund, or denial. Mandatory legal remedies take priority over this policy.
Method and timing
An approved refund is generally issued to the original payment method when technically possible. Financial institutions and payment providers control posting time. Shipping, duties, taxes, and processing costs are refunded only where required or expressly approved.
Prices and discount codes
Discount codes and promotional prices must generally be accepted during checkout. They cannot ordinarily be applied retroactively, combined, transferred, or exchanged for cash. Pricing errors may result in correction or cancellation before shipment.
Payment disputes
Contact support first so an issue can be reviewed. Fraudulent, misleading, or abusive payment disputes may result in account restriction and submission of order, communication, tracking, delivery, and policy records to the payment provider or appropriate authority.
Operational interruption
Carrier disruption, customs action, severe weather, labor disputes, emergencies, supply interruption, infrastructure failure, and other events outside reasonable control may affect processing or delivery. Customer remedies remain subject to applicable law.
Changes to these terms
We may revise this policy to reflect operational, service, or legal changes. The policy displayed when an order is placed generally governs that order unless a later change is required by law or benefits the customer.
Mandatory consumer protections
Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived. Consumer protections may differ by destination, including the United States, Canada, and European Union member states.
