Orders placed before 3 PM EST ship the same day. Standard delivery: 2–4 business days (USA) via UPS or USPS. Canada orders via UPS or Canada Post 5-10 days, (international orders take 10-14 days). USA expedited and overnight options are available on request.
If research outcomes vary, verify your vial via independent testing (Janoshik, Chromate, Peptide Test, Finnrick, or Freedom Labs). If results differ from our COA, we will refund or reship at no cost.
All sales are final. Currently, we do not offer Returns or Exchanges on orders. Due to our strict quality and safety protocols, we cannot resell any products that have left our warehouse. At this time, we do not offer local pickups due to sterile handling protocols. All orders are shipped directly from our controlled facilities to maintain product integrity.
If your order shows no movement after 5 business days, contact support immediately. We’ll initiate a carrier trace and reship if necessary. Once your order show delivered to your address, it is out of our hands, contact UPS/ USPS- check with neighbors, door am or anywhere else your mail delivery may deliver to. We do not reship stolen or missing packages.
